While I originally created this little space to share health + lifestyle inspiration, recipe ideas, and bits + pieces of my everyday life, Nourish with Nik now focuses primarily on nourishing recipes and easy-to-follow meal plans. My hope is that they help you to live in a way that nourishes your whole self— mind, body, and soul.
As you peruse my recipes, you'll find that I don't subscribe to any particular diet and that some of my recipes are highly nutritious, while others are more indulgent. This is intentional, as I believe that food is so much more than a nutrition facts panel or means to an end.
I believe that food is a special way to bring people together and that what we eat has an impact on our overall health, not just our physical health. My philosophy on food is similar to my philosophy on life: what we eat + what we do with our time should make us feel good! Mentally, physically, and spiritually. So thanks for being here + here's to living a nourished life that honors your whole self.
