
Baked Lemon Garlic Salmon

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb salmon
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested (you can also use 3 tablespoons lemon juice if you don’t have a fresh lemon)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- a pinch red pepper flakes
- sea salt + black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9×13 glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper and place in middle of baking dish.
- Whisk together butter, brown sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Pour over salmon. Bake about 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through, depending on how thick your salmon is.
