At the start of 2020, I decided to write down all the books I read this year on the inside cover of my journal— a fun little way to create a master list. I only finish books I enjoy, so this is a list of the good ones! (I legitimately probably only finish a third of the books I start— lol, I have to be INTO a book to finish it.) Self-development + mystery thrillers are pretty much what I reach for. If you want to check out a list of some of my favorite books, check out my favorites page!
I rented all but one of the books on this list at the library or through Kindle Unlimited when we had a free trial. I highly recommend downloading the app OverDrive to your phone/iPad/etc.— all you need is a library card to start downloading books! Doing this definitely helped me read more for leisure this year than ever before. (I don’t get anything out of you downloading the app, I really just love it!)
My plan for 2021 is to write a review right after finishing each book so I can share my reactions with you! I’m super excited about it— reading is truly one of my favorite things in life. If you have any book recommendations, drop them in the comments below! 🙂

This Time I Dance was definitely my favorite non-fiction read, and The Guest List + Then She Was Gone were probably my favorite fiction reads (but honestly, all the fiction books on this list were great!). Let me know what you think if you read any!! Happy reading 🙂
