This refreshing drink is thought to promote a quicker labor and healthier postpartum recovery by promoting blood flow to the uterus and stimulating uterine muscles. Definitely talk to your health care provider before drinking if you are pregnant (and you’ll definitely want to avoid raspberry leaf tea until late pregnancy). And if you aren’t pregnant or postpartum, this tea is delicious, refreshing, and packed with antioxidants!
