Raspberry Leaf Lemon Iced Tea

This refreshing drink is thought to promote a quicker labor and healthier postpartum recovery by promoting blood flow to the uterus and stimulating uterine muscles. Definitely talk to your health care provider before drinking if you are pregnant (and you’ll definitely want to avoid raspberry leaf tea until late pregnancy). And if you aren’t pregnant or postpartum, this tea is delicious, refreshing, and packed with antioxidants!

Raspberry Leaf Lemon Iced Tea

Serving Size: About 10 cups

  • 10 cups water
  • 10 raspberry leaf tea bags
  • 4 lemons, juiced

Simple Syrup:

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup water

  1. Bring 10 cups of water to a boil on stovetop. Remove from heat and add tea bags. Steep according to tea bag instructions. Set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, heat simple syrup ingredients in a separate pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring, until sugar is completely dissolved. Add to tea.
  3. Next, juice 4 lemons and add to tea. Stir everything together, refrigerate, and enjoy!
